The Gulf Coast Talent Development Conference (GCTDC) provides professional development opportunities for learning and human resources professionals. Those professionals who help others achieve their full potential by improving their knowledge, skills, and abilities in the workplace. This conference will be a day filled with creative training techniques, ways to show how training can impact the bottom line, and engaging sessions focused on Human Resources & Leadership Development and Training & Development. Our own Professional Development Instructor Rona Landry will be speaking at this conference! Rona will be giving a presentation on "Getting Comfortable Having Uncomfortable Conversations With Colleagues?"
