Show off your culinary skills and earn bragging rights amongst your peers and colleagues!

Tents set up on site.

8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Cooking team set-up begins.

10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Mandatory safety meetings will be held every 30 minutes, under the large tent.

NO BURNERS ARE TO BE LIT UNTIL ATTENDING A SAFETY MEETING.

Noon

All cooking teams must be set up.

No vehicles allowed within barricaded area.

3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

All cooking teams to pick-up numbered cups, lids for judges' samples.

4 p.m.

All cooking teams to bring judges' samples back to judgeâ€™s tent for judging.

4 p.m.

Open to public.

6:30 p.m.

Entertainment performs.

8 p.m.

Chili cook-off and other winners announced.

After 8:30 p.m.

Tear down begins, after crowd disperses, or on Saturday before noon.
