2019 Perfectly Pink Luncheon - Baton Rouge

You are invited to attend Girl Scouts Louisiana East’s 2019 Women of Distinction Awards Luncheon and Reception on Wednesday, May 1, at the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel. The luncheon is set for 11:30 a.m. preceded by a Champagne reception beginning at 11:00 a.m., with all proceeds going to support Girl Scouting in southeast Louisiana.
This year outstanding awardees are:
- Donna Edwards, First Lady of Louisiana
- Angela A. Allen-Bell, Southern University Law Center
- Priscell Holman, Louisiana Healthcare Connections
- Beth Courtney, Louisiana Public Broadcasting
“The women will be selected based on their remarkable achievements as business, community, and civic leaders, and are positive role models for the girls and women in our communities,†said Mary-Patricia Wray, event committee chair. “Not every Woman of Distinction was a Girl Scout growing up, but each one is dedicated to making our community a better place, demonstrating Girl Scout values in all she does.â€
