The Council of Information Services Directors (CISD), established in 1991, is comprised of IS Directors or other IS officers of Louisiana government entities and higher education institutions. The purpose of the Council is to support the growth, advancement, and sustainability of Information Technology (IT) resources for State government and to serve as a primary advisory group for the State Chief Information Officer (CIO).
At the CISD Conference & Expo you will be able to leverage the combined knowledge of numerous IT professionals to help deliver quality IT services to our ultimate customer – the citizens of the state of Louisiana. Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to network with your professional peers, suppliers, and industry experts and use those opportunities as a catalyst to gain perspectives and insights on your current projects, operational issues, and management challenges.
The conference also features an exhibition area, which showcases products and services from 27 state and national vendors providing hardware and software solutions in the areas of support, telecommunications, consulting, networking, and security services.
LANTEC's own IT specialist Eric Barker will exhibit and present at this conference!
