Megann joined LANTEC’s team as a Professional Development facilitator in 2025 with over two decades of experience in customer service, leadership development, and contact center operations. Megann brings a unique blend of strategy, empathy, and energy to every training she facilitates. She has led large-scale digital service teams, launched major system implementations, and designed leadership programs that drive both performance and people growth.

A Certified Executive Coach with additional credentials in Six Sigma, MBTI, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Intelligence, StrengthsFinder, and HOGAN Assessment methodologies, Megann is passionate about helping professionals uncover their strengths and lead with authenticity. Her facilitation style combines humor, real-world examples, and practical tools that remain effective long after the class ends.

When she’s not in the classroom, Megann enjoys exploring personal growth, discovering new places, and finding a lesson in every challenge.
