Donna Ranzino

Donna joined LANTEC in 2025 as an Account Executive, bringing a wealth of experience in sales and customer service across a variety of industries. In her role, Donna focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying training opportunities, and supporting businesses in meeting their workforce development goals.

She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she earned a degree in General Studies with a minor in Business. Donna’s diverse background and approachable communication style allow her to connect with clients across public and private sector employers alike and deliver thoughtful, personalized service.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys reading, dancing, baking, and traveling. She is the proud mother of four children and adores spending time with her two granddaughters.
