Brad Berard

Brad joined LANTEC in May 2006 as an Account Executive and has since served as our Sales Manager and statewide IWTP Grant Manager. Brad has developed and maintains solid relationships throughout Louisiana by assisting companies in creating comprehensive and effective training plans for their workforce.

He specializes in helping local companies to take advantage of the Louisiana Workforce Commission's free training grant programs. With Brad’s expertise and leadership skills, LANTEC's Account Executives have a strong mentor for delivering superior service.

A graduate of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette in English and Mass Communication, Brad resides in Youngsville. For relaxation, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
