Abi Falgout

Abi joined LANTEC in January 2025, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in strategic communications, education, and leadership. She holds a Master of Science in Communications from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has a proven track record of driving impactful results in the non-profit, education, and business sectors.

Abi’s career highlights include serving as Executive Director of the Lafayette Education Foundation, where she championed innovative educational initiatives and strengthened the organization’s community impact. She also co-founded Bread & Circus Provisions, a celebrated local culinary venture, which honed her expertise in leadership, client relations, and entrepreneurial strategy.

Abi’s dedication to excellence and community involvement has earned her prestigious accolades, including the 20 Under 40 Award from the 705 Young Professionals Organization and her status as a graduate of Leadership Lafayette, Class XXVII, an esteemed program formed by the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, known as One Acadiana, that cultivates emerging leaders. Additionally, her teaching experience in the Lafayette Parish School System provided her with valuable insights into education and professional development.

In her role at LANTEC, Abi combines her diverse professional background with her passion for education to help organizations achieve their goals through tailored training solutions.
