LANTEC Corporate Training Center is seeking an experienced and DYNAMIC Training Facilitator to join our team. Established in 1999, we are a Microsoft Partner for Learning Solutions. In addition to standard software application courses, we offer a broad range of topics to enhance students’ business skills. Some of our popular professional development titles include Leadership Skills, Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, Interpersonal Communication, and Time Management. The selected candidate(s) will be responsible for delivering courses to professional audiences both in-person and virtually, and must have experience leading interactive/ engaging workshops via online meeting platforms such as Zoom or Teams.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong presentation skills, a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and be adept with adult learning methodology and strategy in a fun, fast-paced work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced facilitators or former K12 teachers/University faculty who are looking to transition their skills to business professionals. Reliable transportation and local travel flexibility are required within the LAFAYETTE, GREATER BATON ROUGE, and South Louisiana regional area; some overnight travel is possible.
